Understanding the components of a URL, i.e. the search criteria within the URL. Saving that long URL with the search criteria allows you to return to the results page at a later time. Also understanding right-clicking on the date of a Facebook post and reply in order to save the URL so you can return to it. So many other tips were given. As usual Cyndi Ingle’s presentations are ALWAYS great and informative!
