I will need to relisten to this to follow all the pieces, but it really makes me think about rechecking documents for those little bits and pieces that link together.

One item really popped out…..slow down….it allows “thinking” time which leads to EVERYTHING Teri was suggesting would occur. Fabulous presentation. Much different from what I had expected which in NO WAY diminishes the importance of her presentation and its relevance to research. Something we ALL need to process…but we do need to create those thoughtful moments by slowing down. Great speaker.

As always, excellent presenter and presentation. Thankfully, confirms, re-confirms, and validates the pathway on which I am walking as I research my maternal genealogy. Thank you again, Teresa

I will especially recommend this webinar to those who are just getting into the game. I’ll warn them that it may sound overwhelming, but the “instructional” part helps one to get a feel for the value of being thorough right from the beginning. I wish I had been aware of some of these concepts when I first began. They would have saved me a lot of time.

I appreciate the honesty of how careful we must be going through data and pulling out what is true. I will take another look at the census records and start doing tables to fact check before I publish a family history.

Excellent presenter! Easy to listen to and easy to follow! Love the source links being on the “slide!” I do alot of this already, applying my legal training but this will spur me on to revisiting the documents and tring to glean more from them and more fully documenting my analysis and conclusions! Thanks!
