One of the best, most informative, and interesting webinar I have ever attended. I am finding that some of my ancestors were slaveholders and I want to identify and document, to the best of my ability, the enslaved persons and share the information. Wonderful speaker, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and has the ability to impart her knowledge to others clearly.

Carol, I was dismayed to find that three generations of my paternal ancestors held slaves in VA. I, too, hope to gather as much helpful information as possible to add for search.
