It is always a pleasure to watch Lisa’s Webinars, and I have learned so much from her. I wrote and published a book about my 6th G-Gfather’s immigrant story and his family in the American colonies. I was able to do it because I followed Lisa’s advice and suggestions from all her webinars on LFT. This webinar will help me write more books on other ancestors.

I have done three powerpoint presentations which I hope to turn into books for relatives. Powerpoint or Slides force you to have photos to illustrate your stories.

I’m glad I listened to this webinar. I have not planned to write a long family history but this gave me ideas I can use to focus and be more disciplined about creating smaller stories for my ‘Tree Mail’ – an email I use (rather erratically at the moment) to communicate with family about my research and the full gamut of events – funny, strange, heartbreaking, inspiring, etc. – that comprise the sequence of lives leading to our present day family.
