Thank you folks. I’ve been around family tree software far longer than I wish admit to; I would wish to not mention names of others. I moved over to Legacy hoping support would be better than my previous experiences. Great big high five to each and every one of you!

Good video. Normally I hate watching a video, but this one was well made. I also want to tell you that, in spite of having an Ancestry account, when I really want to move about among my ancestors I use Legacy. Ancestry has lots of information, but it’s not as comfortable. So I have them both open and move from one to the other. I thought you might like to know a customer’s habits.

I downloaded V10 and ran it easily. It converted my old files and looked just like Legacy 9 with all my data exactly the way it was before. However, I am now exploring the new features and am impressed. Thanks. John, Ontario, Canada

I purchased the deluxe version of 9. From what I read the 10 version is a free version. Will there be a deluxe version of 10 that I need to purchase or can download for free as an upgrade to the deluxe version of 9 that I already purchased? Will I lose any capability if I move from the 9 deluxe to the 10 free version?

Bob – version 10 includes all previously deluxe-only features, everything is included in v10. No capabilities are lost moving from v9 deluxe to v10.
