This was really mostly an introduction to Zotero, which was fine, but not really focused on how to use it for genealogy research. Also, too much time wasted on general comments not related to the topic.

The workshop provided a wealth of information; there wasn’t enough time to cover it all. Perhaps, the topic should be broken into 2 or 3 smaller subtopics. With 79% of the audience being completely new to the platform, it would have been helpful to have had time to go through the steps with her. In addition to breaking the topic into 2-3 smaller topics, perhaps, it should also be broken into Zotero experience levels and/or genealogy experience levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

I’ve been very interested in learnig about Zotero for a long time. Today’s webinar was filled with lots of information, but I think most of it went over my head! I felt like I was drinking from a fire hose. I needed a very basic introduction.
