Interesting but I’m concerned about safety since it remembers information I provide
I was skeptical about using ChatGPT until I heard your talk. Now I’m eager to try to use it, especially as I need to organize my research.
Everything said here about the free version of ChatGPT applies just as much to the paid version and to Google’s Bard, not to mention the other AI tools out there. Considering that none of these other tools are limited as free ChatGPT is limited by its inability to know anything about the world since 2 years ago, it is surprising to see ChatGPT used here instead of some of the other, better, free tools out there.
@Robert Bethune I think you misheard or I’ve misread you. The video says a couple of times that it has a cutoff for knowledge of 2021 – from memory Sept. So it knows stuff from before then.
Very good overview, this is on my 2024 learning plan. Thanks Cheri.
I want to add sketches to my historical context stories. Is there another AI tool we can use for that?
Thank you for providing some concrete ways to explore ChatGPT.
