    Thomas MacEntee is absolutely the kindest and most helpful technical person I have ever encountered. He knows so much about technology and patiently answers questions without making anyone feel dumb for asking. He is also so good about helping people find the best products most economically. Overall, Thomas is just one of the greatest teachers I have ever heard. This was another excellent webinar.
