Absolutely amazing webinar. Novak had me on the edge of my seat and ALL the wheels in my head turning. I recommend this to anyone researching formerly enslaved folks. Phenomenal job!
Fantastic webinar! So much information and enthusiasm! Thank you!!!
Excellent, as always!
One of the best, most informative, and interesting webinar I have ever attended. I am finding that some of my ancestors were slaveholders and I want to identify and document, to the best of my ability, the enslaved persons and share the information. Wonderful speaker, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and has the ability to impart her knowledge to others clearly.
Carol, I was dismayed to find that three generations of my paternal ancestors held slaves in VA. I, too, hope to gather as much helpful information as possible to add for search.
Thank you once again Nicka for your lively and informative webinar.
Nicka's enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject were inspirational; can't wait to try incorporate the information and resources she shared into my research.
Wow! An excellent presentation with a wealth of information. I will watch it again as soon as it replays.
