This is just what I needed. It's a very thorough overview of Oklahoma's beginning. I'm just starting to research my ancestor's Oklahoma history. I missed the first 8 minutes, so I need to watch the replay. Thank you, Ms. Fogarty and Legacy Family Tree.
Today I learned about the complex history and record keeping of the state known as Oklahoma. That's where my maternal grandmother's line comes from, and I always welcome learning new information, gaining historical insight from different perspectives, and seeing the actual records in my ancestors handwriting. I have been working on genealogy for 25 years and this is the first class on Oklahoma research I have seen. At last some recognition that there are roots in this state also!
