This is a terrific idea and I will be shamelessly copying it. I can see so many times it would be useful and I esp love the way you've included all the alternatives for that name.
I am having trouble finding the "Surname Tool" on MyHeritage. Where is it? I have tried to use the help feature and it is not listed there.
