Just beginning this series. Hot muggy summers are a good time to be in an air-conditioned room learning. Sure am glad for the advice to start with this one as prep for the others I’ll be watching (esp Gloustershire!). My mind is reeling with all the info, so bookmarked this one to watch again. A great resource that I can tell is going to save me some headaches!
Very well done. Looking forward to the next talk.
This was fantastic! I have not yet begun real research in Buckinghamshire records but now I have a better idea where to begin once I am ready.
Very informative
The speaker is very well spoken and knowledgeable. This has been the best webinar I’ve attended, and that says a great deal.
Mia Bennett, thank you for a very informative and educational presentation. I very much appreciate that you provided a great overview of researching in English counties and administrative jurisdictions, including extensive advice about resources and repositories and how best to utilize them to aid in our research. Geoff, I’ve waited a long time for such a series. Mia, thanks again!
A great introduction to a new series! I can’t wait for the next installment. Really good useful information. Almost as good as being there.
Great speaker. A complex subject covered well and simply. The record content & quality is as varied as those who wrote them.
