Thank you Mia, I did not realise that images of Lancashire parish records were available to view on line at Family Search. This is a big find for me.

Mia had some useful information to remind us about where to look for records. With regard to Online parish Clerks, though, I was disappointed that she missed commenting on the origin of the program and in illustrating the two most well-defined regions of Cornwall (where it started) and Devon, for which I am one of the OPCs. While many so-called OPC programs and webpages have data, they may not have individual OPCs with the expertise to assist researchers.
