Ari presented in a way that was very good and easy to understand
Very important information, especially to those of use who think our ancestors were guiltless because they lived in the North. Ari’s explanation of Rhode Island’s involvement in the slave trade confirmed what a cousin’s research into our family revealed to him. It’s sad and disappointing, but it is our history, and we must learn from it.
Ms. Wilkins did a great job!! I didn’t know there was a difference between the north and the south. I have learned a lot and I can’t wait to share with others.
One of the best I have ever attended!
I learned so much that’s applicable right one time from Ari’s thorough presentation on Gradual Emancipation & Enslavement. Excellent share!
Very interesting and enlightening. I had no idea that slavery was as entrenched in the North!
Excellent presentation on an underrepresented topic
New information that I will be using in my search. Clearly presented, easy to follow.
