Kaye Ford, AG®, is a professional genealogist located in Indiana. She worked twenty years as a certified medical transcriptionist before transitioning into her current position as executive director of her local historical society in Henry County, Ind. She also works as the assistant to the executive director of the Association of Professional Genealogists. Intriguing her since she was nine years old, her family history provided the foundation of her love for genealogy and instilled the passion of helping others uncover their roots. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies with an emphasis on Family History Research from Brigham Young University-Idaho, Ford went on to earn her genealogical accreditation through the International Commission for Accreditation of Professional Genealogists(SM) in 2024. Ford is active in her local chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (Sarah Winston Henry) and in the Indiana Genealogical Society. Her lifelong motto is “learn something new every day.”
