This was such a good and helpful presentation! I'm now a member of the DE Genealogy Society for the next two years and have found new information about my Delaware ancestors in just two hours of searching using the links provided in this webinar.

My recent book, Across the Creek: Black Powder Explosions on the Brandywine, is another source specifically for genealogical research into the duPont powder mill workers. Each of the 235 people who perished in gunpowder explosions is covered as are most of their families.

Excellent presentation and syllabus! So thorough & helpful. I live in California but grew up in PA and graduated from the Univ. of Delaware. Very proud of all the great info available from the U of D library. (The presentation made me homesick :-)

Very informative with lots of resources. I am a native Delawarean whose ancestors were also native Delawareans as far back as the mid 1700's. I was not yet aware of many of the resources contained in the webinar.
