Webinar Membership License: By purchasing this membership you are agreeing that it is for your own personal use. The webinar recordings and syllabus materials are copyrighted by MyHeritage Ltd. and the individual authors. You are not purchasing any rights to the materials or copyright, only the right to view the material. You agree not to distribute or duplicate the materials in any way, in whole or in part, other than to print the syllabus for your personal use. You shall not store the materials on a network or on the Internet where the intent is to share files or copies of files. Your membership license may be revoked if this license is violated. By ”checking out” you authorize us to charge the card you provide at our then current rate.

Renewals: While webinar memberships are auto-renewed at the end of the membership period, we will send you a reminder notice three weeks in advance explaining that your membership will be renewed on the anniversary date. The renewal price will be the price of the membership product at the time of renewal which may be different (higher or even lower) from your original membership purchase.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership, it must be done prior to the anniversary date of your membership’s purchase. Login to your account at https://legacy.familytreewebinars.com/customers and in the Subscriptions section, click the Cancel link that corresponds with the membership product. The subscription will be valid through the last day of the membership period. Refunds are not given for partial use.
