I am also researching German relatives and finding discrepancies in the online data
I started my research over 25 years ago, doing it the “hard” way, onsite, going through books, newspapers & microfiche. I still love to do it that way. I use my online skills to discover where I need to go next. Excellent presentation; very knowledgeable presenter.
I think it is always good to remember that even in the digital age, not everything is “on line.” This was a VERY informative webinar.

This was my introduction to James Baker and I’m so grateful that you have offered his classes because he is great. I loved how the handouts were so complete that all I had to do was listen carefully and jot down a few notes while absorbing the content of his lecture. I learned so much and also had my own experiences validated. WONDERFUL presentation and I’m looking forward to watching all of his classes.
