    great info

    Great presentation.

Great seminar! The info on researching German ancestry was very helpful!

Great summary of what’s still not on-line

    Great. Thanks

I am also researching German relatives and finding discrepancies in the online data

I started my research over 25 years ago, doing it the “hard” way, onsite, going through books, newspapers & microfiche. I still love to do it that way. I use my online skills to discover where I need to go next. Excellent presentation; very knowledgeable presenter.

I think it is always good to remember that even in the digital age, not everything is “on line.” This was a VERY informative webinar.

Interesting use of offline records i.e trips to small villages in US and abroad. THank you

Jim always does an excellent job in making important priciples and methodology simple.

Like several others, I found the info on Germany very helpful. In the past I have gone to the original source to get a good copy of the information that is not available online.

Liked the searches in Germany. Some new leads to follow.

Logically presented, nicely paced, wonderfully helpful information!
