Brilliant webinar with some great tip on how to continually move forward when researching early ancestors.
Excellent presentation! Even though I consider myself a “seasoned” researcher and have done archival work for many years, the case studies were very informative.

Valuable advice on tracing back to the original source. Things I didn’t know explained clearly. At age 90 I am unable to research in person, but am hopeful I can find some on line to clear the way to originals.
I knew about "peeling the onion" and working one's way back to the original record - in theory. It's extremely helpful to follow someone's steps through this process. His example of going to the laws of the time for context is extremely helpful for those who are unfamiliar with the importance of context.
