I will be trying these techniques for repairing and enhancing my older photos. Thank you, Tal, for a very informative session.
I would include mentioning to folks that the tools are not a fix all- utilize folks who charge a tad to do extensive repairs with photoshop or DIY with free GIMP and the option of saving after every iteration and uploading enhanced or colorized or repaired iterations to apply tools multiple times for different results and save those to see what level of usefulness practicality they have. Thanks again Tal, Marian and Geoff!

I’ve seen other presentations on their photo apps, but did want to learn more about the photo repair functionality. Got some good info on that and another couple of tidbits as well.

Love these magical photo effects but I can’t thank you enough, Marian Pierre-Louis, for asking my question. As a researcher I’m always looking for the source and it’s extrememly frustrating that on my favourite site (MH) this all important fesature of being able to quickly track down and contact the original uploaders of images, is still missing. You explained the problem perfectly and yes, I think it was on the MH User Group facebook page. I’ve just added another message there for Tal to see.

Nice overview. A little too fast at times and where he was clicking went so fast that I really couldn’t tell where or which button was being used.
Photo enhancements just keep getting better and well presented.
Really look forward to trying restoring and colorizing. The animation might be a bit much, but I might try to add a smile on a photo and capture it in a single snap in Mac Photos. I think that would be awesome.
