I always learn thing when I watch anyone -- especially Geoff -- do REAL work. REAL work = REAL problems = REAL solutions.
I have been using Family Tree maker v10 (not 2010) and took a year subscription with Ancestry and have been trying to decide about a new program. I have Legacy 8 and really enjoy the features presented today. I didn't realize there was so much data that I could put in the program. Will definitely start working on understanding it better. Thanks.

It is helpful to see an expert using tools you didn't know existed. I just added the downloaded record as a media file. But now I see the utility of all the other steps!
