Maps are very confusing but he exlained it very well, I alway like listening to J Mark Lowe,, one of the best speakers.
very enlightening – it gave me a new perspective on how to find those elusive KY, TN, VA, and Carolina relatives.
My main take away is get to know your area before starting your research on voting, taxes and state issues. Thank you so much Mark.
I found this webinar very interesting regarding formation of states/counties and changing borders. My gr-gr-gr-grandfather was born in North Carolina, married someone from South Carolina, first child was born in Tennessee, and ended up in Kentucky. Makes me wonder how many moves were really made!
Very interesting about the physical land borders KY – TN. We will be looking up some of the resources you shared. Thank you VERY much.
I have known Mark for a long time and I’m always amazed at the level of his knowledge. I learned a lot tonight.
Mark Lowe never ceases to amaze me. He continues to come up with unusual topics to educate us about. I try never to miss one of his wonderful webinars. I’ve also been fortunate enough to have heard him in person four times.
Learned soooooo much! Also learned how much I have to learn. Thank you!
